CORY R. MATTOCKS, ATTORNEY
Cory R. Mattocks is a licensed attorney in the state of New Hampshire. He represents clients before state and federal courts, as well as various administrative agencies. His practice focuses on civil law, with a particular emphasis on commercial and residential real estate issues, and business matters.
Cory graduated from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 2010. His draw to complex real estate matters traces back to his early experience working towards his degree in paralegal studies researching complicated real estate title issues at the Registries of Deeds and has since contributed to his drive to continue to practice in the real estate arena, now focusing on public and private road matters, associations, transactions, and title disputes. Practicing in this area has naturally led to sophisticated and ever evolving strategies for dealing with building permitting issues, planning, and zoning and other municipal issues.
Throughout his career, he served on the NH Bar legislation committee and was active in the NH Bar's foreclosure relief project. He has also served on the boards of various non-profit organizations, assisting in the growth and maintenance of multi-use trails throughout New Hampshire.
Before becoming an attorney, Cory worked in the insurance industry and gradually transitioned into the financial planning sector in New Hampshire. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as kayaking, paddleboarding, snowmobiling, exploring on ATVs, and fishing.
